Latin Dance Nation has two spaces available allowing for performances, rehearsals, public and private hire: The Halo Theatre and The Gallery.

Hire for Rehersal and Creative Development

All spaces are available to hire for rehearsal and creative development at any time.

Hire for Performance or Public Event

The Halo Theatre, and The Gallery can be used for a variety of performances or event needs. It is also possible to hire all rooms for visual art exhibitions. Venue hire for performance or public event includes: exclusive use of the space for the period of the hire, use of lighting and sound equipment, limited technical assistance with Front of House management. All events that involve an invited or paid audience require Front of House management by Latin Dance Nation.

Applications are welcome at any time and the costs of venue hire are determined on receipt of the application. Some restrictions on use apply so please make sure you ask about this when booking.

Hire for Corporate or Private Event

The Halo Theatre and The Gallery can be used for a variety of event needs including Weddings Receptions, Corporate Functions, Christmas Parties, School Formals, Exhibitions, Team Building Exercises and more. It is also possible to hire all rooms for visual art exhibitions. Hire for Teaching Classes or Instructing Workshops

Classes/Workshops are self-entrepreneurial activities run by independent practitioners who are skilled in their field. Hire for these purposes is subject to application and classes and workshops are independent from the Latin Dance Nation program. Venue Information

Bookings are subject to availability and Latin Dance Nation’s Artistic Program. The Halo Theatre and The Gallery have floors that are maintained for dance and may not be suitable for all types of usage, so please check when booking for either rehearsal or performance.

Latin Dance Nation reserves the right to decline hire or to request changes to hire in order to accommodate Latin Dance Nation’s Artistic Program.

Latin Dance Nation is committed to providing low cost and high quality rehearsal and creative space for individual artists and small groups. Latin Dance Nation's dance spaces are all well appointed, comfortable, spacious and clean. They are heated in winter and cooled in summer and have access to mirrors and toilets.

The facility has ramp access and amenities suitable for hirers and visitors with special needs.
