Join the group of new mum and dads who are learning how to dance Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and more sizzling latin beats, while helping their children to develop at the same time! These special baby dance classes which are held at Latin Dance Nation are designed to benefit both the baby and parents alike.
Now with a new format to give you gtreater flexibility. Choose between either a 4 week block or an 8 week block!
Dancing with your baby provides vital brain activity, stimulates growth and develops coordination and awareness of rhythm in babies. It also helps younger babies develop the muscle strength they will need to crawl and walk.

SALSA BABiES classes are appropriate for babies approximately 6-8 weeeks of age and up. Class duration is 45mins and as long as you are comfortable supporting your baby in a carrier for the duration of the class you will have an absolute blast! All levels of fitness and dance experience are welcome.
