Strength & Flexibility starting Saturday 31st July!

Strength for dance!

Do you have balance? Coordination? Sufficient leg & core strength to execute your dance moves effectively?

Wondering what you can do to get faster results with your dancing and spins? Then this class is for you!

Run by a qualified personal trainer, you will be taught a series of functional exercises to get your muscles to stand up to the rigours of dance. We will work on your upper body, core & leg strength and balance, and finish with a series of important stretches. This class is open to male & female dancers of all styles/levels, no partner required. Please bring a towel and wear comfortable clothing (no skirts please ladies).
